- A child over 12 years or a third adult, accommodated in an apartment, pay BGN 89 (EUR 45,50) per night with breakfast and dinner included (no procedures involved). Children or a third adult can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
- The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of BGN 2,72 (EUR 1,39) including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

- Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad reserves the right to change the announced accommodation prices. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount does NOT change.
- In case of force majeure, Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad reserves the right to change the offered services included in the accommodation package without paying a penalty.
- In case of premature/premature shortening of the stay and departure from the hotel of some or all of the guests on a given reservation, the paid but unused services and remaining days on the reservation are not refunded!
- Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad is NOT responsible for accommodation of 4 guests in an apartment, if the guests seated on a sofa bed are uncomfortable.

Each program includes 3 procedures per day, depending on the prescriptions of the Chief Physician, for example: kinesitherapy (individual, analytic, group), hydrotherapy – hydrotherapy baths with salts, essential oils or herbs, kinesitherapy – field treatment and outdoor breathing gymnastics, laser therapy, dietary nutrition, physiotherapy procedures – magnet therapy, ultrasound, radar, interference electricity, TENS (low-frequency current), DD (diadynamose phoresis), electrodream, light therapy, apparatus–based lymphatic drainage, shiatsu–apparatus massage, partial mud application.
