Booking and cancellation policy at Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5 * Velingrad
1. The hotel accommodation is provided by Balsistem EOOD, which manages the Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5 * Velingrad in its own name and at its own expense.

3. All bookings are considered valid after payment of the deposit / full amount, subject to the terms of the offer / confirmation. The hotel has the right to cancel an unpaid booking in advance without notice..
4. Cancellations of individual bookings up to five rooms are possible as follows:
a. With a one-off fee of 20 BGN (10,23 EUR) per reservation up to 48 hours before accommodation – for 1 room. To this time, additional 24 hours are added for each additional room. The check-in time is 14.00 on the day of the first night.
b. Less than 48 hours before check-in (or longer if the room is more than one) or no appearance – the cost of 1 overnight or overnight with meals (subject to the reservation) or 50% of the cost of the booking (whichever is the larger). The same applies when you leave the hotel before the final reservation date.
c. Cancellations for Friday and / or Saturday nights less than 48 hours before check-in (or longer if the room is more than one) or non-appearance are charged at 100 % of the cost of the booking.
d. Reducing the period or the number of guests booking or moving the reservation to other dates within 48 hours (for 1 room) before the accommodation is charged 20 BGN (10,23 EUR) or each change.
5. Bookings and cancellations for groups of 6 or more rooms are negotiated individually and confirmed in writing.
6. The hotel has the right to declare different terms and conditions for cancellations for specific offers, in which case these terms and conditions are listed in the offer itself.
7. “Booking” means all premises and services requested at the same time, regardless of their stay.
8. In case of cancelled reservations, the hotel refunds the sums paid, with the deductions, if any, within 7 days of the written confirmation of the cancellation.
9. Check-in takes place after 14.00 h (Sunday after 15.00 h). Check-out shall be not later than 12.00 h.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
Upon request – up to 5 days after the payment of your booking, you can cancel your travel insurance to cover the cancellation fee upon cancellation of the booking. The insurance is made by the “Armeets” Insurance Company.
