It is a real pleasure for us to share with you the international honours we have received. On October 12, 2019, at the Gala Ceremony held in Rovaniemi, Finland, we won the prestigious Best Luxury Hot Spring Hotel in Europe for 2019 Award, presented by the leaders at the World Luxury Hotel Awards.

Even though we were nominated with a number of other hotels in this category, from all the leading SPA destinations in Europe we were able to win the competition and be awarded. Thus, we have become the only Bulgarian hotel, honoured as the best thermal water hotel in Europe.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards are held annually to promote and raise the standards of the hotel industry, as well as to promote industry leading names to excellence and build global competitiveness in the luxury hotel industry. And the prize won by the World Luxury Hotel Awards is considered the highest award in the international industry a hotel can receive.

Prizes are awarded through global voting by hotel guests, who give their rating and recommendation accordingly. This reflects the real quality of service, the services provided and the level of guests’ confidence in the hotel.
