All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health. From 08:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m. and from 07:30 p.m. to 08:00 p.m., hygienic preparation of all indoor pools, the outdoor pool and all jacuzzis is carried out.

• Children up to 5.99 years stay free of charge.
• One child from 6 to 11.99 years old stay free of charge in the adult’s room, where this is possible. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the double rooms or on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• A second child from 6 to 11.99 years pays an additional EUR 20,45 / BGN 40 per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the double rooms or on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• A child over 12 years old or a third adult staying in an apartment is charged EUR 45,50 / BGN 89 per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children or a third adult are accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of EUR 1,34 / BGN 2,73 including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

• In case of premature/premature shortening of the stay and departure from the hotel of some or all of the guests on a given reservation, the paid but unused services and remaining days on the reservation are not refunded!
