• A child over 12 years old or a third adult staying in an apartment is charged EUR 45,50 / BGN 89 per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children or a third adult are accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of EUR 1,40 / BGN 2,73 including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.
