All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health. From 08:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m. hygienic preparation of all indoor pools, the outdoor pool and all jacuzzis is carried out.

Discounts and additional payments for accommodation in a suite in Saint Spas Velingrad:

• Children up to 11,99 years old are accommodated free of charge at the boarding house of adults. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments.
• Child over 12 years old or third adult accommodated in a suite pay supplementary 79 BGN (40,39 EUR) per day, including breakfast and dinner. Children or a third adult can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments.

• The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of BGN 2,31 (EUR 1,18) including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

• Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad reserves the right to change the announced accommodation prices. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount does NOT change.

• In case of premature/premature shortening of the stay and departure from the hotel of some or all of the guests on a given reservation, the paid but unused services and remaining days on the reservation are not refunded!
