All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health. From 08:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m. and from 07:30 p.m. to 08:00 p.m., hygienic preparation of all indoor pools, the outdoor pool and all jacuzzis is carried out.

Discounts and additional payments for accommodation in a Deluxe studio in Saint Spas Velingrad:

• Children up to 11.99 years old are accommodated free of charge in an adult boarding house, where this is allowed. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the double rooms or on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• A child over 12 years old or a third adult staying in an apartment is charged EUR 46 € per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children or a third adult are accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of 1,40 € including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.
