All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health. From 08:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m., hygienic preparation of all indoor pools, the outdoor pool and all jacuzzis is carried out.

Discounts and surcharges:

• Children up to 11.99 years old are accommodated free of charge in an adult boarding house, where this is allowed. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the double rooms or on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• A child over 12 years old or a third adult, accommodated in an apartment, pay an additional BGN 89 (EUR 45.50) per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children or a third adult are accommodated on a sofa bed in the apartments and studios.
• The prices announced by Saint Spas 5* Velingrad do not include a tourist tax of BGN 2.72 (EUR 1.39) including VAT, which is paid by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Booking and cancellation conditions:

• The promotional prices for the Summer Package are valid for reservations made until 31.05.2025, for which a 20% deposit is required.
• In case of cancellation, the amount is not refunded, but a voucher with a 4-month validity period for the amount paid is issued.

• Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad reserves the right to change the announced accommodation prices. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount does NOT change.
• In case of force majeure, Balneo Hotel Saint Spas 5* Velingrad reserves the right to change the services offered, included in the accommodation package, without incurring any penalty.
• In case of early/premature shortening of the stay and departure of some or all guests under a given reservation, paid but unused services and remaining days under the reservation are not refunded!
